Briefly

Terms

Last updated: April 2026

What Briefly is

Briefly is a daily email that summarizes the blogs, subreddits, LinkedIn creators, competitor updates, and X accounts you've told us to watch. It's operated by Arnsbo Ventures (Denmark).

The service, during MVP

Briefly is free during the MVP phase. Access is granted manually by the operator and is capped at a small number of users. There is no uptime guarantee, no support SLA, and the product can change or pause without notice. Use at your own pace.

What we ask of you

  • Give us a working email that belongs to you.
  • Give us your real LinkedIn profile URL, not someone else's.
  • Don't use Briefly to track, surveil, or harass specific individuals beyond the public-source content the product is designed to fetch.
  • Don't abuse the system. One account per person.

Third-party content

Briefs include excerpts and links to content published by third parties (blogs, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, competitor websites). That content belongs to its authors. Briefly does not claim ownership and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that impose an unreasonable cost on the system. If we do, we'll email you and offer a reason.

No warranty

Briefly is provided "as is," without warranty. The LLM that writes your briefs can get things wrong. Don't rely on it for decisions that matter without cross-checking the sources it cites.

Liability

Arnsbo Ventures' total liability for any claim arising from your use of Briefly is capped at EUR 100 or the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater. (During MVP, the paid amount is zero.)

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the courts of Copenhagen.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll note it in the "Last updated" date above and email registered users.
